Monster Test Testosterone Booster Review 2024 | Benefits & WARNINGS

Monster Test caught my attention in a hunt for testosterone boosters outside the established circle of proven choices — like TestoPrime or Testogen. So, how well does this T booster work? Let’s find out.

What is Monster Test Testosterone Booster?

Monster Test is a complete testosterone support supplement that promises to increase your muscle mass, restore libido, and boost energy levels. The good thing is that none of these proposed benefits seems out of the ordinary or overly exaggerated for T-boosting supplements. That said, they are a bit limited in scope and don’t include secondary benefits like mood enhancements and weight loss.

Let’s take a closer look at its ingredients and their benefits.

One aspect of Monster Test that immediately attracted my attention is its vast composition. In total, this T booster contains 23 different active ingredients, which is excessive considering some of the other popular choices like Testo-Max has just 11 components.

The reason Monster Test has so many ingredients is to maximize the chances of positive results. But, from our time reviewing testosterone-boosting supplements, it’s simply not necessary. A smaller group of carefully selected components can provide similar or even better benefits than Monster Test promises.

With that said, the most notable of these ingredients include:

D-Aspartic Acid

D-Aspartic Acid (DAA) is one of the most effective testosterone-boosting substances in Monster Test. Studies show that regular DAA supplementation can boost your testosterone levels by as much as 42% after just 12 days of use.

DAA achieves this by increasing the secretion of luteinizing hormone which is a key component of testosterone production. This effectiveness is also why it’s the most abundant ingredient in well-known alternatives like TestoPrime.

Maca Root powder

Maca does not have any direct impact on your testosterone levels. But, according to a 2002 study, it can increase your libido and sexual desire.

According to a 2011 study on the effects of Magnesium on men, regular Magnesium intake can provide a noticeable increase to your testosterone levels. Though, this increase is more noticeable in men who work out and exercise on a regular basis.

Fenugreek extract

Fenugreek extract is also a popular T-boosting substance that can boost your testosterone levels by 46% after 12 weeks of use. Its users also report improvements in their libido, energy, and overall mood.

Saw Palmetto Berry

Saw Palmetto Berry supplementation can increase your testosterone levels, but it does not increase T production. Instead, it acts as an active inhibitor for 5-alpha-reductase; an enzyme that lowers T levels by converting free testosterone into dihydrotestosterone.

Siberian Ginseng powder

Ginseng is a popular aphrodisiac substance that can boost your sexual desire. Studies also show that Ginseng can reduce the risk of issues like erectile dysfunction.

Research shows that Zinc deficiency can lower your testosterone levels by as much as 75% in 20 weeks. Fortunately, Zinc supplementation can counteract this deficiency and return your T levels back to normal.

One thing I noticed here is that Monster Test contains 15 mg of Zinc, which is more than the 11 mg maximum daily value for adults. This higher than recommended DV seems a bit unsafe, especially when more popular options like Testogen and Testo-Max come with 10 mg of Zinc to avoid any health issues or side effects.

Chrysin acts as an inhibitor for aromatase; an enzyme that converts testosterone into estrogen. This keeps your T levels more consistent by ensuring that free testosterone isn’t converted into estrogen.

Boron extract

Studies show that Boron supplementation can increase T levels by 28% in just 7 days. It achieves this by reducing the concentration of Sex Hormone-Binding Globulin; a protein that lowers T levels by binding itself to free testosterone.

Ingredients without conclusive evidence

The ingredients I’ve listed so far offer clear benefits that are backed by science. But, Monster Test also includes many components that lack conclusive evidence.

For instance, its ingredients — like Vitamin B6, Tribulus Terrestris, Horny Goat weed —- are effective in animals. But there is no definitive research that proves their effectiveness in humans.

What we didn't find

The biggest thing that I feel is missing from Monster Test is clear information. For starters, it does not provide the exact concentration for most of its ingredients, which is standard practice for alternatives like TestoPrime. This makes it really difficult for us to determine the effectiveness of this supplement since ingredients like DAA require a certain amount to work efficiently.

Secondly, Monster Test also provides zero information about the purpose of its individual ingredients. Again, making it challenging for me to figure out what this supplement is capable of.

Not to mention its inclusion of ingredients that don’t have scientifically-proven testosterone-related benefits for humans, like Horny Goat Weed, Tribulus Terrestris, or Vitamin B6.

Pros and Cons:

  • Can counteract low T caused by Zinc deficiency;
  • Relatively low price compared to other T boosters;
  • Has a consistent quality since it’s manufactured in GMP-certified facilities;
  • Its all-natural formula makes it safe for most healthy adults;
  • Can increase your workout performance with its L-Citrulline content.

  • Its dose of four large tablets daily can cause stomach issues;
  • Lack of exact ingredient amounts makes it difficult for us to trust;
  • Some ingredients don’t have scientifically-proven benefits.

Side Effects

Monster Test does not provide a statement about its safety or side effects. But after going through its ingredients, I did not find any obviously problematic substances.

That said, it does include more Zinc than the daily recommended value (DV) of adults which can lead to issues like nausea or vomiting. Many of its other ingredients could also have concentrations higher than the DV and I have no way of confirming that.

So, we recommend you to practice caution when using Monster Test testosterone booster. If you experience any unintended side effects, stop taking the supplement and consult your doctor.

Top Alternatives

If you’re looking for testosterone-boosting supplements that offer the same benefits as Monster Test and more, we recommend checking out TestoPrime, Testogen, or Testo-Max. These well-known alternatives have a more focused list of ingredients. Plus, they also provide detailed explanations of what each of their ingredients does and what scientific studies prove their benefits.

The distinct benefits and features of these alternatives are:

Overall Rating: 5/5

- Increases T levels by up to 44%.

- Reduces stress and its impact on your body.

- Boosts mental and physical energy.

Overall Rating: 4.6/5

- Speeds up muscle gain.

- Increases strength and stamina.

- Legal and safe alternative to Sustanon anabolic steroids.

Overall Rating: 4.4/5

- Helps reduce fatigue.

- Improves mood and mental clarity.

- Boosts libido and sexual performance.

Final Thoughts

By all accounts, Monster Test should be a suitable testosterone-boosting supplement and that was my impression at first glance. After all, it contains many ingredients — like D-Aspartic Acid, Fenugreek, Magnesium, and Zinc — that we also find in more popular alternatives.

Unfortunately, it does not provide the exact concentration of most of its ingredients, with the exception of Magnesium, Zinc, and Vitamins A, C, & B6. This prevents me from analyzing the effectiveness of the supplement as a whole, so I cannot — in good conscience — recommend it to you.

If you are in need of effective T-boosting supplements, the alternatives we discussed above are all solid options to consider.
